ACC - Improvement Request Process

Prior to making changes or improvements to your property, please read the DCCRs carefully and collect all the information needed prior to submitting a change request.


1.   All lots are for single family residential purposes only. Businesses are permitted provided they conform to zoning regulations and are not detectable by sight, sound or smell and do not increase vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
2.   Every home must have a garage large enough to accommodate 2 full size cars. No garage can be permanently enclosed for conversion to any other use.
3.   Fences must be all wood cedar planks 1”X4”,dog eared and 6’ tall.
4.   Signs: the only signs allowed are ‘for sale’ signs and one political sign. Garage sale, for rent and contractor signs are not allowed.
5.   Lawns need to be kept mowed (not to exceed 6” in height) and shrubs trimmed.
6.   All front and side yards need to be sodded, exclusive of any landscape areas.
7.   Vehicles: no junked, wholly inoperable vehicle, trailer, motor home, RV or truck larger than ¾ ton can be in your drive or in front of your property.
8.   Pets must kept in accordance with local laws and ordnances, including leash laws.
9.   Satellite dishes and solar panels.
10. Backyard storage buildings.

Review your Documents and Rules prior to filling out the form. 
Once you have verified your change will meet ACC requirements, fill out the ACC form.
Submit the ACC Form along with any associated documents (i.e plat, samples, colors) to
